The First Generation of Iris has been shut down and the automated migration tool expired on 9/6/16.

Existing First Generation Iris customers seeking to migrate to the Next Generation of Iris will need to manually migrate their devices. This means factory resetting each device and pairing it with their Next Generation Hub. Instructions on how to do this can be found on the respective device support pages.
